九州大学基金「アジア・オセアニア研究教育支援基金」の創設とご支援のお願い

このたび、アジア・オセアニア研究教育機構を応援していただくための「アジア・オセアニア研究教育支援基金」を設置いたしました。九州大学はアジア・オセアニア地域で今日生じている社会的課題の解決、さらには将来生起することが予想される社会問題の発生抑制に貢献することを通じて、未来を拓く新たな学問領域の構築を目指し、2019年4月に「アジア・オセアニア研究教育機構」を創設しました。以降、様々な活動を通して、異分野研究ネットワークや交流の場を提供するとともに、新たな国際交流・国際連携体制の構築促進を図っております。これらの活動を今後も発展させていき、機構の目的である社会的課題の解決・軽減・発掘・予測に取り組んでまいりますので、当機構へのご支援を何卒よろしく申し上げます。

We are pleased to announce the establishment of the "Kyushu University Institute for Asian and Oceanian Studies Support Fund".
Kyushu University established the "Institute for Asian and Oceanian Studies" in April 2019 with the aim of building a new academic field that will open up the future by contributing to solving social issues that are arising in the Asia-Oceania region today and to preventing the occurrence of social problems that are expected to arise in the future. Since then, through various activities, we have been providing opportunities for interdisciplinary research networks and exchanges, as well as promoting the establishment of a new international exchange and collaboration system. We will continue to develop these activities and work toward our goal of solving, alleviating, discovering, and predicting social issues, and we look forward to your continued support of our organization.

（1）分野横断型の学際融合研究

SDGsの目標を念頭においた社会的課題の解決・発掘に取り組む学際的な研究者グループに対する活動支援及びBBS（ブラウンバックセミナー）等の研究紹介に対する支援

（2）オンデマンド・オンサイト活動

課題が生じている現地の要求（オンデマンド）に応じて現地機関と協働（オンサイト）で課題解決に取り組むための活動（Kyudai NOW等）に対する支援

（３）教育・研究環境の整備
研究教育環境の整備、教育・研究に必要な事業等への活用　

Primary use
(1) Cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research
Support for activities of interdisciplinary research groups working to solve and uncover social issues with the SDGs goals in mind, as well as support for research introductions such as Brown Bag Seminars (BBS)
(2) On-demand and on-site activities
Support for activities (e.g., Kyudai NOW) to address issues in collaboration with local organizations (on-site) in response to local requirements (on-demand) where issues are arising.
(3) Improvement of education and research environment
Utilization for the development of research and education environment, and projects necessary for education and research, etc.
